Shipping & Returns

ORDER PROCESSING

All standard orders comprised of in-stock items take 1-3 business days to process, pack, and prep for shipment. We do everything we can to get it out to you as quickly as possible.

 

SHIPPING

You will be provided with all of the exact shipping options available to you during the checkout process.

ALL orders of $75 or more qualify for FREE Ground/Standard shipping. That is, the least expensive shipping method available. If your order reaches at least $75, you will automatically be provided with the option to select “Free Shipping” at checkout.

If you prefer expedited shipping, you will still be provided all the shipping options available to you. We ship USPS & UPS. We can also ship FedEx upon request; however, currently it is more expensive than our other two options at this time.

 

RETURNS

At this time, all sales are final.

Due to the fact that each item is custom sourced (and also that many items handmade and/or custom made to order), we cannot accept returns for refund at this time.

However, if you receive an item that is damaged during shipment, please contact us immediately (within 5 days of delivery) so we can remedy the situation ASAP.

PRE-ORDER / NON-STOCK ITEMS

As we continue to build our inventory of the best selection of products, some items may not be readily stocked in all sizes & colors quite yet. Anything that is a “pre-order” or “non-stock” item at the time of placing your order will be clearly marked in the description. These items may take additional time for us to receive, process, and ship.
