Turn-around time on custom made-to-order products are typically 10-14 business days (not including processing and shipping).

I produce all custom & handmade orders on a first-order / first-serve basis.

If current made-to-order project load is excessive, the turn-around time can extend beyond standard production time. If this is the case, you will receive an email notification with order updates.

PRE-ORDER / NON-STOCK ITEMS

As we continue to build our inventory of the best selection of products, some items may not be readily stocked in all sizes & colors quite yet. Anything that is a “pre-order” or “non-stock” item at the time of placing your order will be clearly marked in the description. These items may take additional time for us to receive, process, and ship.
